Chad A. Wilson cwilson@chadallan.com  As President and chief innovator, Chad has been responsible for creating cutting-edge, affordable solutions for small to mid-sized companies, including CAC's content management system, ecommerce solutions and search engine optimization services. Chad's technical experience spans more than 12 years in web-based information, management systems, and multiple years of consulting experience with Ernst and Young. Chad Allan Consulting has been recognized on the Weatherhead 100 list, and continues its growth and profitability at Chad's hand. Chad is married to Kim with two boys.

Matt Segedi msegedi@chadallan.com Matt has been with Chad Allan for over 3 years and has grown his web development skills exponentially. Matt is an experienced developer of web applications for the company and our clients, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team. His role consists of assembling client websites, developing new custom applications to meet client needs, as well as developing new modules for Chad Allan products. Matt currently attends the University of Akron for Computer Science.

Heidi Sweeney hsweeney@chadallan.com Heidi Sweeney brings a marketing consulting and search engine optimization background to Chad Allan. Her specializations in e-marketing, SEO copy creation and analysis, and strategic consulting, complement Chad Allan’s content management implementations, search engine optimization efforts and more. Heidi has more than ten years of experience in marketing and project management, including national advertising campaigns, sports sponsorships, and corporate branding initiatives. Her unique solutions to client needs have resulted in high return on investments and a high level of customer satisfaction. Heidi is married to Ryan with one daughter and two boys.

Terra Lawrence tlawrence@chadallan.com Terra Lawrence brings a strong background in sales and client support to Chad Allan. Her experience includes building positive client relationships, and providing outstanding customer service through inside and outside sales and support. Terra excels in uncovering customers needs, providing solutions, and closing sales. Terra is a resident of Medina, and is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Akron.
